Class Descriptions

Level 1-2
Suitable for those new to yoga and continuing beginners.

Level 1-3
For beginning and intermediate students - inversions and more advanced poses are introduced.

Level 2-4
For intermediate and advanced students. Minimum one year of practice recommended.

Gentle Yoga
With a focus on stretching, balancing and basic postures, this class is accessible to all skill levels and ages.

Restorative
Gentle poses combined with supported restorative postures for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Suitable for all levels. Meets monthly. Class size is limited: pre-registration recommended.

Community Yoga
Mixed-level class designed to accommodate a variety of experience levels. This class is offered at a reduced rate in service to the community.

Yoga Basics

Fundamental poses and alignment principles for those brand new to yoga as well as continuing students wishing to practice at a more moderate pace. Class size is limited: pre-registration highly recommended.
